We cannot give you investment advice. We cannot tell you whether to buy, sell, or hold any security, we cannot comment on your portfolio, and we cannot answer questions about your particular financial situation. This applies however the question is asked, including in reply to an issue.
This is not us being unhelpful. The newsletter is impersonal commentary sent identically to every reader, and it stays that way deliberately. Answering one reader’s personal question would change what this publication is. If you want advice specific to you, please speak to a financial professional licensed in your own jurisdiction.
We also cannot provide historical data files, custom screens, or research on request.
We aim to reply to every email within three working days. Corrections to a published issue are treated as urgent and are usually handled the same day.
If you believe a figure or statement in an issue is wrong, please tell us. Include the issue date and the specific figure.
Our figures come from third-party sources and are not independently verified against company filings, so an error in a source will carry into our pages. When we find or are told about a material error, we correct it and say so in the next issue.
If you are unhappy with how a query was handled, reply to our response and ask for it to be reviewed. Complaints are read by the publisher personally.
If any part of an issue is difficult to read or access, tell us and we will send the content in an alternative format.
