Last updated: 8 August 2026

This policy covers cancellations and refunds for paid subscriptions to The Microcap Minute and The Microcap Minute Global, published by Ayush Agrawal.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, for any reason, without telling us why.

Cancel from your Substack account settings, under Subscriptions, or email us and we will do it for you. There is no cancellation fee, no notice period, and no retention process to sit through.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep full access until then. We do not cut you off on the day you cancel.

After that date you are not billed again. Cancelling stops future payments; it is not by itself a request for a refund of the current period. If you want that too, ask.

Free subscriptions

Nothing to cancel and nothing to pay. Every issue carries a one-click unsubscribe link that works immediately.

Refunds

Within 7 days of a payment, we refund in full on request. No reason needed and no questions asked. This applies to your first payment and to every renewal.

After 7 days, tell us what happened. Refunds are handled case by case and we lean toward granting them. We would rather return your money than keep a subscriber who feels badly treated.

We refund in full, at any time, without being asked, if:

Renewals

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Substack emails you before an annual renewal.

If an annual renewal catches you by surprise, tell us and we will refund it. That holds even outside the 7-day window. Nobody should pay for a year they did not intend to buy.

Price changes

If we change the price, existing subscribers are told in advance and the change never applies to a period already paid for. If you do not want to continue at a new price, cancel before it takes effect.

How to ask

Email themicrocapinvestor@gmail.com from the address you subscribed with, or tell us which address it was.

We reply within three working days. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method, and how quickly the money appears is down to your bank or card issuer, typically 5 to 10 working days. We cannot speed that part up.

What we do not refund

We do not refund on the basis that the newsletter’s content did not perform as you hoped.

This publication is impersonal commentary. It carries no recommendations, no ratings, no price targets and no forecasts, and it does not predict future returns. Investment outcomes are not something we sell, so they are not something we can refund. This is set out in our Terms of Service and in the disclaimer of every issue.

If you are dissatisfied with the quality, usefulness, or frequency of the writing itself, that is a different matter. Tell us and we will look at it.

Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong, please email us before raising a chargeback with your bank. We can almost always resolve it faster, and a chargeback usually results in the subscription being closed automatically.

Complaints

If a refund decision seems wrong, reply and ask for it to be reviewed. The publisher reads these personally.
